Unopened and in Perfect Condition: Products, including packaging (box and bottles), must remain in their original, unopened state.

Refund Request Timeline: You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Send an email to info@apic.beer within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Return Authorization: Once we verify your eligibility, we will provide return instructions.

3. Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for covering return shipping costs. We do not offer prepaid return labels or cover any return shipping charges.

Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

4. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the refund approval status.

Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method.

Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be issued for items not returned in their original condition or if the product is damaged.

Opened Products: Items that have been opened or used are not eligible for refunds.
